Itinerary
Pick up from hotel at 8:30 AM. Visit Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, the imperial palace of Ming and Qing dynasties. After lunch, explore the Temple of Heaven, where emperors prayed for good harvests. Return to hotel in the evening.

After breakfast, drive to Badaling Great Wall for a 2-3 hour hike. After lunch, visit the Summer Palace, a vast ensemble of lakes, gardens and palaces. Return to hotel around 6:00 PM. Tour ends.
